Mr Ang Hao Yao, CFA

Mr Ang, is a private investor and serves as a Director and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee of Credit Counselling Singapore, a registered charity which provides individuals with advice and information on personal debt management and counselling services on their debt problems. He was the Chairman of SATA CommHealth a charity operating medical centres providing general practitioner and diagnostic imaging services from 2013-2017.
Mr Ang also serves as a Management Committee member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Securities Investors Association (Singapore) a registered charity and IPC. Mr Ang had previously served in the positions of Vice-President, and Treasurer in the Singapore Chess Federation, the National Sports Association for chess. Mr Ang also serves on the Finance Committees of the charities The National Kidney Foundation and the SingHealth Fund.
Mr Ang worked in Tat Lee Bank Ltd and subsequently in Keppel Tatlee Bank Ltd in the departments of Consumer Banking, Private Banking and Corporate Banking. Mr Ang holds Bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Economics (US). He also holds an MBA in Finance and Investment (UK) and is a CFA charter holder. He has also completed the Governing for Non-Profit Excellence programme at the Harvard Business School and Leading from the Chair programme at INSEAD.
